Our home produced beef and lamb carries the Eblex Quality Standard Mark, which confirms that the supply chain is fully assured at all stages from farm to plate. In addition to our regular beef we also supply aged beef which has been matured on the bone for up to 35 days, depending on customer requirements, for extra flavour and tenderness. We strive to source our lamb from local suppliers in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset wherever possible.
Pork is sourced locally and outdoor reared ensuring that it adheres to the Assured British Pigs Standard. We source our pork from the Crichel Estate in Dorset where the pigs are outdoor reared Duroc/Hampshire breed, and accredited by Freedom Foods. We also stock free range pork from Plantation Pigs who specialize in traditional breeds, best suited to outdoor living, which produce succulent and tasty pork.
English poultry is supplied under the Red Tractor Farms Standards for Poultry and we supply fresh game, when in season, sourced from local estates in Hampshire and Wiltshire.
We also stock a range of cooked and cured delicatessen meats.
